I see, George, you think that statement = personalized medicine. That actually is not what it says. "Targeted" = going after specific receptors without inadvertently hitting other receptors (to the best of their ability.) Person-focused means they are focused on helping homo sapiens sapiens instead of going after veterinary applications. If they meant personalized then I think they really would have used that term. I can see how you might have thought that this statement = personalized because they do use the word "person".
