I don't think it's possible to judge the CEO until the business plan has had the time to play itself out. Someone who's viewed as a total failure one day may be viewed as a hero on another day. That day may be some time after the judgement of failure has been made by many.
LP may not be the greatest CEO, but I suspect that she's managed the company through situations where others would have failed completely. Perhaps others would have achieved success sooner, it's hard to say.
I believe that she's far from the end of her game plan, but as some say, she could sell once a certain degree of success has occurred.
I believe her full game plan has full adoption of both DCVax-L and Direct in most, if not all, the worlds markets. Even with a short pivotal trial for Direct it would be at least a decade to get it accepted worldwide. Frankly her recent moves say she's got plans beyond that, but of course she can turn over the reigns to the company at the time of her choosing.
I suspect that we'll be toasting her success once we have UK approval and EDEN qualified for commercial production. But she has a lot more planned after that.
