As i don't understand why particularly the court access one doesn't sway you. I didn't know you guys had been operating under a cr since October last year. As i understand it, seems absolutely clear, if there had been a shutdown none of the adverse judicial decisions happening now could have occurred as the appeals wouldn't have been seen as essential. Specially under Trump. No souring here either, just a disagreement on one thing is all.
