Sorry but I have a stated income stated asset loan. no hoops. happens all the time, I do a lot of investor loans and investors do not want anyone to see those items, I get a CPA letter to verify they have been filing a Schedule C for at least 3 years. But the type of loan I got for me was strickly stated.
