Not only is Judge Boasberg close to Justice Kavanaugh, having been his roommate at Yale law school, but he is also highly respected by the Chief Justice. When Chief Justice Roberts had to choose one federal judge in America to serve on an important international intelligence court, he chose and appointed Judge Boasberg. President Trump apparently does not realize who he is bashing and is obviously having memory issues with his repeated rants against Judge Boasberg, calling him a radical lunatic and demanding he be impeached. Trump apparently does not remember that he likely owes his entire 45th presidency to Judge Boasberg, and arguably, in turn, this current 47th Presidency. In late September 2016, Trump was trailing badly in the polls against Hillary Clinton, and no one thought he could win. But then the issue of Secretary of State Clinton's personal e-mails broke and Judge Boasberg ordered the State Dept. to release all of her personal e-mails on the separate personal e-mail account pertaining to official State Dept business or classified material well before election day. And right then and there the entire tide turned in the election and Trump gained momentum and eventually overtook her in the polls and won a very close election. Not to mention that, after Trump was in office as President, Judge Boasberg ruled in favor of the Trump administration in multiple legal actions challenging the administration.

I'll be damned. And Trumpty had no idea. But then he usually doesn't.
