Been saying from the beginning that XERI DEFAULTED on the XTI JV by not making the $1 mil down payment. Now after XTI has filed a Letter of Notice of Default with the court I still hear BS that this is NOT what the DEFAULT was about. Let someone PROVE that this notice of DEFAULT isn't over this fact of the failure of XERI to complete the INITIAL down payment like I have claimed from the start.
