An Audit costs somewhere around $100,000, maybe a little less depending. If it's Sohm's desire to uplist to OTCQB, they will have to engage a PCAOB Auditor, pony up the CASH, and it would take something pretty fantastic to get them to a minimum bid of .01 for OTCQB.

An Audit might be necessary before anyone of consequence "partners" with them. So the Audit cost at the very least is a hurdle.
