You would be very, very, surprised how few times I've emailed IR. They completely turned me off from doing that when they requested that we include in the email what our Social Media "handle" was in our email. Further proof that they read this board, and want to keep track of whether to respond to emails based on if the person is friendly to them on Social Media/Boards.
