I do believe that the big talk of MHRA being especially friendly with NWBO and the talk about the 150 day process has been shown for what it was.

WideEyed - Thank you. I found your post very helpful. Ongoing communication between MHRA and NWBO is not something I would have expected. Does a question and answer, and subsequent next day MIA rise to a level to PR? Not for management acclimated to that working environment. But for deer seeing headlights, anything would suffice.
