If they can't attract a partner after approval something is insanely wrong

Oh I think they'll have multiple partners.

I just don't think those partners are going to be the 'checkbook bringing' kind that Linda Powerless apparently still doesn't like.

I hope they are not concentrating on the lawsuit because they feel they are not gonna get approval and need the cash for another swing at the plate , whatever or wherever that is.

I mean, they could also be concentrating on the lawsuit because approval is a formality at this point. The problem is, approval doesn't bring revenue. You still have to commercialize, which isn't a snap of the fingers. Something has to bridge the year+ gap between approval and revenue.

Again, I'm speculating. I hope my guess is wrong, too. And everyone is welcome to disagree with me. I am by no means preaching gospel.
