KveGee, the first issue is that releasing news only through the 10-K is really problematic because many retail investors don’t know how to check this, and some might not even realize that’s how it works. The investors here on Ihub are savvy and they get it. If NWBO thinks releasing news through the 10-K is enough to satisfy just one Ihub community, that’s pretty disappointing.

Thank you for telling us about the phone call. Eases the mind a little. My question is we keep hearing they are in silent mode because they dont want MMs to use any information to drive price further down. If LP were a chess player, she should release strategic PRs to goad the MMs into responding. I would think their reactions, if it were to bring SP down, could be used in the lawsuit. JMO and maybe I watch to many tv shows. Alternatively, it just might drive SP up and help with dilution.

The Company doesn't have the same opinion on the topic of PRs as some on this board does...including me as early as yesterday.

This one will go down in history as the most dumbfounded irrational idiotic decisions in bio-tech perhaps even listed companies history. It just comes to show that they have no problem selling 100 million shares for 25 cents when they could have sold 50 million for 50 cents and then blame the market makers.

They absolutely sincerely don't give a FUCK about the immense dilution, retail shareholders and stock price
