Even if they do , it does nothing to attract new investors . Do you know of anyone who goes around reading 50-100 pages of 10k/Q of never heard of OTC companies to decide if he/she wants to buy shares in a particular one . Management's understanding or lack thereof of capital markets is mind boggling
