(President's Update Via Email) CyberFuels Holding, Co.
April 28th
We continue to make substantial progress in our desire to create a joint venture surrounding our Green Energy Campus in Port Tampa, Florida. Any joint venture will be limited to the storage tank revenues, expenses and CAPEX and will not include the additive business. We believe it’s important to keep those businesses separate from one another as the additives have the potential for significant upside that should be completely retained by the company and its shareholders.
In anticipation of the joint venture being established we have begun to take further steps to strengthen our presence in the Tampa market. To that end, I have recently relocated to the Tampa area and will be working full time from there.
Furthermore, we are excited to inform you that we have secured office space in Tampa for Kevin Plescha, our COO, and myself to work within. The establishment of a strong Tampa presence helps in numerous ways, including connections in the business and shipping communities, as well as enabling a smoother and more efficient environment to engage lessees about our storage tanks at the terminal.
Planning for the construction phase continues unabated as we have selected the legal team, the construction management team, and the engineering and design teams so that we will be able to move swiftly into the permitting process once closing of the JV takes place.
As the process unfolds further, I commit to providing information to our shareholders, primarily through press releases.
On behalf of CyberFuels, thank you for your continued support and confidence as we develop our exciting vision for the Green Energy Campus.
Sincerely,
John Lawrence
