What's to be specific about?? All that was said is he came, he saw the land is real, he went. No report of changes or current happenings on the land. Although dunno how someone visiting would really be able to tell what's happening.

Lines of trucks at other terminals is irrelevant to CBRF outside of fees CBRF would charge the offloading ships for using the waterway. Trucks loading at those terminals is more or less BAU.
I think everyone agrees the land is there. LOL. Pretty sure everyone knows Chevron and Global Partners terminals are active and replenished via ships delivering supplies via the waterway. So ....... what info was actually provided outside of another investor visited the site?
