We unless he told you about what the delay is with MHRA and there has been no hiccup ( all the inspections are successfully completed)? Is FDA application ready - if not why not ? Do they have definite fool proof plan for non dilutive capital/ partnership/licensing etc  ? Not sure anything else said in 10K will make a 1 cent difference in the SP at this late stage . That's my opinion . And I said the same thing on the  last ASM weekend,  that what was said won't move SP a single bit - which is what happened as well.

Its meaningless slogans like that why I will never aks DI anything ever. It will even leave you thinking its not going as planned at all. The only thing that counts is UK approval

Although you have received a nice response from Mr. David. Assume your info is right from him, it is for sure there is no MHRA approval before the end of March. Yes, we are close, but many posters say about same thing since December last year. I guess approval in April? Approval process should have timeline, it has no timeline for UK at all?

I used to write Dave too...5 years ago. He said the same nice things and how they were pushing forward. Well here we are, forward, still pushing onward and downward ever since. 
I gave up on getting anything of benefit from those communications. 
Sorry I am utterly saddened by how long it took to get an application submitted, how long it's taking to get approved, that no further approval action appears to be taken and Management is completely silent, leaving us uniformed.
