I don't know about that. Maybe. But it is interesting why NwBO protected all those IPs for this reason. I think if this is the case other big BPs need to enter the ring and offer BO to NWBO. After all you do not want to be on passenger side. It is a cut throat business. You give this yo Merck and you say goodby to huge revenue in future. If I were LP and the Merck speculation is correct then I need to consider the BO. After all you are a small fish in a dangerous ocean.
