The word isn't in your constitution because some of your founders felt, like Musk, Yarvin et al today, that democracy was too messy. Too messy a way to run a country. Today Trump/Yarvin/Musk/Thiel say it is better to have only high IQ Silicon Valley, efficiency experts they think, running it.

Your constitution sets up three equal tiers of government. Executive, judicial and legislature. Three equal. You tell us, hap0206, why Yarvin et al want to make the constitutionally equal arms - judicial and legislative - subservient to the executive arm.
