hap0206, Stubbornly stupid, you are. In practice your country has operated as a representative democracy. A number of your founders used the word democracy in describing what they were creating. The word isn't in your constitution because some of your founders felt, like Musk, Yarvin et al today, that democracy was too messy. Too messy a way to run a country. Today Trump/Yarvin/Musk/Thiel say it is better to have only high IQ Silicon Valley, efficiency experts they think, running it.

Your constitution sets up three equal tiers of government. Executive, judicial and legislature. Three equal. You tell us, hap0206, why Yarvin et al want to make the constitutionally equal arms - judicial and legislative - subservient to the executive arm. Answer, because they want to cleanse your country of it's democratic content.

If you hadn't been operating as a democracy all these years the bullshit you support may not

They want to shred your constitution, and you are cheering them on. So much for your claim to care
