I agree with this. Everything is hanging on his ability to form partnerships. We're all speculating that its going to be hard to raise funds, which is true if the stock price doesnt bounce back up.
With the level of communicated urgency indicated on yesterday's call and the indication we are in stages 1 or 2 with the potential partners we're working with, I can't imagine an announcement of a partnership wouldnt bounce the stock back to $2-4, at which point we could raise more funds. They just need to happen in the next 4-5 months. It eliminates the risk of us dropping of the indexes (which I don't think is a real issue even with our reduced market cap) as well as any reverse split nonsense.
Fundraising now would be pointless. They need to land a collaboration or hopefully more to undertake any additional fundraising and minimize dilution.
Just my opinion. Marcelli may be a clown but Yves certainly doesnt seem like one. Communciation yesterday, while not what we wanted to hear, was crystal clear. Lebby can go lie down in traffic.
