First of all, manufacturing is where the risk is. If someone screws up, Advent will take the hit.
Second, we need Advent to iron out the manufacturing issues. They are primarily dedicated to NWBO.
Third, there will be other manufacturers in other locations, but I’m almost positive Advent will assist in setting them up.

That is a question that will get greater scrutiny once approval comes as all board decisions and company agreements from the past will be put under a microscope going forward. How much did Toucan fund Advent as a startup, thus preventing greater dilution to NWBO shareholders, and does Toucan fund Advent at all now are questions that most definitely beg for an honest answer. NWBO needs CDMO capability for their products and in the past, the CDMO assumed a payment posture that benefitted NWBO. The benefit values to each party must be weighed against any potential conflict of interest created by Linda being the controlling interest in both. Details will not remain hidden for long when all eyes finally turn toward NWBO and they have some net worth to pursue if deemed worth the effort. That appears to be what Investor082 is pointing to.
