I do care about the buildout and you should care as an NWBO investor. NWBO owns that buildout.

They most certainly do not own the 1A (original) and "1B" buildout. That property is under long term sublease to Advent and all NWBO gets from it is $145K/year.

No I just cant be bothered I just want OUT at the right price (and thats not 25 cents). The only thing that keeps me sane is one incredibly enthusiastic large NWBO shareholder in my group of contacts.
And NO Advent is a Toucan subsidiary, not NWBO's. Had Advent been an NWBO subsidiary, which would have been righteous, then I may have cared about Advent.
