One thing is clear this slimeball is never going to win another proxy in his life. He may of had intentions at first to turn this around but once he realized that was not happening he went all on in screwing over everyone to benefit himself. He is nothing more than a used car salesman but he was very good at it because he got us all to buy in to his lie. Pretty clear to now see why the CFO and CEO left they wanted no part of this shady stuff.
