I ask because if trials will be starting with Flaskworks obviously Advent can’t handle all that demand along with demand from UK patients and off label Specials use too. Best wishes.

I think Advent could handle this load, assuming Flaskworks.

Flaskworks increases capability by my estimates on a 10x ish scale (honestly don't remember where that number is coming from, but my brain is fairly confident - feel free to double check my work/call me out on that one though). Manual capability of Advent at Sawston is what right now? Again, I don't remember exactly off the top of my head. But multiply that by 10x and that more than covers UK GBM/rGBM demand along with trial volumes.
