They do it all the time on these. They know amrn will really have nothing for quite some time so they can short away for a good six months or so. Its denners gift to us but i sold another 25% today. I will buy some back after the shorts destroy the price more. I had a bio with virtually no money left go down to .27 cents and they were able to bring it back over a buck and avoid a rs. Now they got some deals and have money. Denner with his 300 million in cash could not even get this back over a buck shows me how god awful he is at running this company.

proliberty, got to thinking about the 1-20 RS. Actually, it's to our advantage when the company announces a blockbuster partnership, new formula, FDC or BO. The stock will be 10 times more volatile because of thin/small float, the shorts will scramble to cover when the stock goes to $50. Also, more HF would be inclined to invest since the price per share will be over $5.00 and marginable.
It's to our advantage that the company didn't do a lower RS.
