The new cleanrooms are large cleanrooms intended for multiple EDEN units. Without those units the entire cleanroom could only be used to make one batch of DCVax-L at a time.
I have no idea if the EDEN is part of the inspection, but if it isn't, it will be of very little use to NWBO until it is.
