MGRX set their share price to $1.50

$MGRX share price will obviously move to $1.50 .... and MUCH LOWER FOLKS.

On March 17, 2025, Mangoceuticals' shareholders approved amendments to the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, reducing the conversion price to $1.50 per share and modifying the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan.
