In all our misery - it is important to remember - that Sarissa is only invested here because of the ruling by Nevada Judge Du (based on fraud) that smashed the protecting patents that Amarin spend more than 100 mill dollars to gain. Sarissa and Denner's game- is investing in what they see as undervalued Stocks - and when Du opened the gates for Generics - SP collapsed - they saw Amarin as being undervalued. Without the Nevada 'for investors' catastrophic ruling - no one here' would have ever heard of Denner in relation to Amarin and Vascepa.
