People have posted average times to approval based on 1) the MAA validation date, 2) the first CHM date, and 3) the second CHM date, because this information is (eventually) publicly available.

You are posting 4-6 weeks from some unnamed mid-February event. What is the mid-February event that you are basing the 4-6 weeks upon? Is there publicly available information from other MAAs that show an average time of 4-6 weeks from this unnamed mid-February type event?
