He doesn't know what he is talking about - there isn't any state that limits the number of defendants in a civil fraud lawsuit.

Docsetc is still trying to run a scam on investors.

He was a paid pumper on ENZC.

Excuse the mistake, you are correct, it should have been 10 registered plaintiffs, not defendants.

10 people are registered as plaintiffs to do the suing. Our legal petitions are citing all of the names of those who signed up for the case, as damaged contributors, since we have two demand letters that will be asking for either a satisfactory settlement, that can cover some restitution for all shareholders, maybe less a dozen or more who we've disqualified from our lawsuit. If Chandra's team balks at this, the lawsuit goes for every penny possible in damages from the 3-4 defendants.

Sorry for the graphic type-o, I work full-time running an entire company, while I try to squeeze these out.

Docsetc doesn't have any idea what he is talking about.

In Texas, there is no specific limit on the number of plaintiffs you can have in a fraud lawsuit; however, if you want to sue a large group of people with similar claims, you would likely need to file a class action lawsuit, which requires meeting specific legal requirements to represent the entire class of plaintiffs.

This is a fake lawsuit hustle by a ENZC pumper.

In your case you need your own Attorney to protect yourself. Docsetc is telling everyone what they want to hear not any facts.

How can you trust anyone in a fake lawsuit that doesn't know the difference between a defendant and plaintiff.

Here is another docsetc error he is passing off as fact:

Good luck
