It is interesting that you're attacking my credibility when there are also other victims of this FRAUD that filed complaints with the SEC. Are you also attacking their credibility??

The only other one the publicly posted that they filed an SEC complaint no longer post of these boards and he/she didin't post that he/she and there attorney were working closely with the SEC in investigating SNPW.

As a matter of fact he is the one that actually attacked you by posting the letter he received from the Boston SEC office that they will neither confirm or deny an on going investigation with the public into a company.

Clearing contradicting what you posted about being updated and part of the SEC investigation.

As a shareholder of SNPW IF there was real proof of wrong doing I would like to know so I could sell and move on, and all I am asking YOU to provide us real proof that there is an SEC investigation that YOU posted is happening.

The only other poster here that we know of that posted they filed an SEC complaint on these boards, was also one of the individuals that Campanella claimed (so you are not confused not me claiming ) caused Tortuous Interference against his company, stop posting on these boards, shortly after the following.

- me and my attorney contacted Moss (wouldn't Moss have REAL victim's details if you used Real victim details)

- me an my attorney contracted Foxess china headquarters (wouldn't FoxEss china have REAL victim's details if used Real victim details)

- I contacted Kenny Whatley of Nal Tolcor (wouldn't Whatley have Real victim details if you used Real victim details)

- I contacted GEP new energy, I contacted Italy, I contacted FoxEss USA (wouldn't they all have real victim details if you used real victim details)

So you don't get confused the following is not an attack of your credibility but simply a question regarding clarification of what you posted.

If Moss and FoXEss China had not only your Real victim details but also the contact information information of YOUR REAL ATTORNEY, and the others you contacted also have your Real Victim details and Campanella had a working relationship with all of them.

Then why would Campanella have the need to subpoena public message boards to get your information when he could have subpoena you directly via your attorney whose information he could obtain though Moss of FoxEss if your attorney information was given to them?


Hence my problem.
