I think there may be another way to take this. Perhaps it's as much as they can say without providing further information about what they're busy with. Of course this is only the case until they can say officially what they're busy with.

It may be premature to think it's approval from the UK, it might just as well be getting the Annual Report out, which might still be this week.

I agree. I have emailed Dave Innes several times and his answers are always cryptic in nature. I have never seen such a IR person with such horrible communications skills. If you want a straight answer, dont expect to get one.
