I was surprised to see that increase. Not sure what to make of it. The unrestricted and restricted increased also. There must have been a exchange conversion from common to preferred. No way that volume hit the market.
Looks like a 1.8 million difference still needed. Did corporate capitulate to the MMS short cover in your opinion? I think given the restricted increase the outstanding share increase reflects the preferred conversion ratio. Are those shares now applicable for cover? Thoughts?
need about 1.5MM more, maybe we see that by tomorrow,,, as we saw they already reappropriated some. My guess is it was easier to issue shares than to try and change their designation... making the additional shares part of the acquisition would make great sense. Float will remail at 42MM, so it will trade nicely upon uplist. imo
