I meant if you held the shrs until a company decided to go the Form 10 route, it's rare for these bottom dwellers but it does happen.

In practice, I've never come across company filing a Form 10 to register previously issued restricted shares

While I believe the corruption that was running rampant had to be stopped, they f'ked the legit cert holders.
