Would you please elaborate on this? I like to know why? If this was in NAZ the issue of this problem would have minimal. But we r in OTC. Different animal. Even 1% dilution per week will damage the PPS.

Yep they tame you over the years .
When I first invested , share count was 80-85M . So 9M would have been massive dilution . So over the years they have sold shares like free candy and trained your brains to think few million every day is not a big deal .
