I've been screaming about Marcelli for a decade. It was very easy for anyone with a modicum of experience in financial governance to see that Marcelli was incredibly ill-suited for his role. That begs the question: why is he still there?  The obvious answer is that no one else on the BOD - looking at you Bucchi - is sophisticated enough to recognize Marcelli's inadequacies. That is a sobering conclusion.

Marcelli and Bucchi must go for this company to survive. Period. Large shareholders should be quite vocal about this. The business-side needs to be retooled immediately. At a buck-thirty, and with limited capital availability, there's not much time left.

Some here think a partnership is taking time because negotiations are complicated, involving licensing, royalty agreements, etc.

Do you agree with that?

I’ve thought there is no need to discuss licensing at this point. They simply need someone qualified and willing to accept Lightwave’s money to develop an optical engine with a working PIC.

I just see this as first things first. Why even discuss licensing in royalties before jointly developing a working prototype?

Perhaps my view is too simple. Perhaps neither side will commit to such a project without first determining how much ownership each will have of the working prototype. Perhaps there isn’t a good standard that can quiclkly be applied here either.

Would you care to give your thoughts on this?

We greatly appreciate all of your thoughts and insights KCCO. This is going to be a gross statement... JM and Bucci are in it to make money. That's the bottom line for them. So, financially speaking, I am a buyer of shares again at 1.30 because of options activity and Yves involvement in the company.

Well stated and covers how many of us true long-term shareholders feel, after losing hundreds of thousands and millions $'s. We are in love with the potential of the GOO, and keep waiting for the first real contract. All the paid copy and paster hypers will call anyone a short if not a complete sycophant. If we don't get any kind of update- good or bad- in the near future, I would consider letting the lawyers go after our money. I would also go after these paid fake hypers.

That would be the last resort, but where is the promised transperency?

I would like to amplify what KCC wrote, as it contains probably the most important piece of information that has been posted on this board in the past couple months or will be posted anytime soon.

I don't trust the Board. Jim Marcelli and Ron Bucchi need to be replaced in order for the company to be able to get to the next level. ...... I don't think anyone should support these two and everyone should do what they can to affect more change

Shareholders, this is the time to speak up. Everyone should do what they can to affect more change.

I have been loudly agitating for change for several years now, encouraging shareholders to hold management and BOD's feet to the fire and to send a message by voting no on their compensation packages.

If more people had spoken up sooner, we probably wouldn't be in the situation we're in now. Alas, this is where we now find ourselves.

Maybe now people will speak up and hold management and BOD's feet to the fire and pressure them to make the necessary changes to turn the company around. It's now or never.
