Appealing to the High Court to make cheaper drugs available rather than rule on the law. Anyway, even though I don't give it much of a chance insofar as the Supremes taking this case, I am curious about your comment concerning if the Supremes did take this case and rule against Hikma. Would the trial still not go on? How could this speed things up? TIA
