You started in your post actually going back to the original Cactus that we all knew in the beginning...providing information things everyone knew if not could be informed with what you provided.....then went back to your normal tactics I am smart and your not........what a shame...

Are you saying that P&K of Class 19 is or isn’t getting PAID??

If yes, then where are the funds/money coming from??
