This whole idea of getting billions back in my opinion has been off from the beginning …16 years what should’ve happened should’ve happened already and in my opinion now AZ is just going through the mental puzzle work of understanding he’s probably wrong. Tough to deal with.
If you signed along with a W9 and received shares you released....the DTC has record of it....the big catch is if there is money left you will get a distribution.....Cactus also stated to protect himself that the three trusts are provided but will there be money to distribute from the 3 trusts is a different story...as he points out only his opinion matters as they are his truth....but does not guarantee a distribution because he is justified in making an opinion like everyone else...
If "must tender" by KCC to DTC = failure, then election = ineffective = no potential distribution
Responsibility was therefore shifted to KCC, which represents a weak point in the chain, as the DTC could claim not to have received any or all documents from KCC. In any case, we do not know whether there was a reconciliation between KCC and DTC on the basis of a confirmation receipt
