Are all company actions suspect? How about, that was about the time many here believe NWBO received MHRA’s request for information based on the filings, not least of which included an August 2 8K. Maybe that explains the 8K positive language and the willingness to hire reimbursement specialist contractors. Perhaps the RFI did not appear too intimidating.
