The BMCS Commodity Vault shows activity over a month ago. Transfer of 100 coin or around 5k. Imo, he either did a test for investors or transferred funds for filing fees and to move up to the OTCQB as he said would happen last summer. He mentioned the revised 15-C 211 using the piggyback rule. From what I could find online, they acquired Vault and revamped it. They were a QB filer.

Imo, we may see some news early next month if not sooner for BMCS.

Hope we see USEI resume trading on the PK before the 4th pf July.
