The spray butter is good on veggies, especially when you're roasting a lot of them. Real butter goes to waste and the spray stuff can be applied on demand to the desired amount for the consumer's palette while not attracting insects and such. Little Timmy's sinus problems are all kept away by closing the cap.
I wouldn't dare try it on piece of bread or in a recipe as a substitute but everyone has their own thing.
