No, I agree. Some things feel sketchy. Verses, ILLR and POET all *appear* to pay for promotion online. I'm not saying this with certainty, but there's such blatant pumping. Even on stocktwits and X you'll notice pumping by same people...
Real marketing shouldn't rely on spamming. That's why I feel so unsure of how to proceed.
