Mine stopped growing years ago when I drove coast to coast. Maybe 3,357 miles or so.

I once heard on a TV commercial that "I can't believe it's not butter" tastes just like the real thing.

I was...sadly disappointed.

Funny, though. I used to work with a woman whose husband, a food chemist, invented "Smart Balance Buttery Spread." She used to come in with big stacks of coupons for free Smart Balance products, including the butter substitute and Smart Balance peanut butter.

I miss that woman.
