Offering was approved last June? Have 12 months to raise money and or file an extension. WHY open if PPS is higher than current PPS, so would be useless, NOW with new name and symbol and maybe some news then open portal makes sense.
MAYBE they have investors in place, who knows, they obviously can't announce anything like that prior.

AGAIN, we go back to...THEY WOULDNT BE DOING ALL THIS SH%# FOR NOTHING !

I've personally been involved in a number of private placements and have also brought investors into private placements.

I thought I saw something they said before they would create a portal for the offering to buy the shares for 0.025 in AUGUST 2024, I have a feeling they could be negotiating the offer with huge share holder to buy all the shares to get the 10 million dollars, who knows maybe Winner could be the buyer. Any anyone has any idea who could be? This management are very tight lips when it come for news.

While it's possible to locate one large investor, it's not likely given the company has no track record. As for Winner, they would not be so quick to come to BC aid here, given their capital is likely tied up in operations. However, I wouldn't rule it out. Given MGON/BC has no sales, management record nor a stock that has demonstrated any (volume) or support, they are going to need to show one or two POs to get any hard interest IMO.

Assuming BC needs to come to the market with a private placement that is going to need to see a stock value at something over a nickel for more than 30-days prior to the offering, short of this, they will need to show the investor a PO backed by Winner's ability to perform IMO.

On top of this, BC will need to complete the name change and uplisting to show the investor(s) that management understands the need to create some liquidity with the shares. Given management is already on this path, only demonstrates they understand what needs to happen to carry out the business plan going forward.

Our next leg up likely happens with either news the private placement is under why, or the company confirms roll out with Winner under a PO.
