Offering was approved last June? Have 12 months to raise money and or file an extension. WHY open if PPS is higher than current PPS, so would be useless, NOW with new name and symbol and maybe some news then open portal makes sense. MAYBE they have investors in place, who knows, they obviously can't announce anything like that prior.
AGAIN, we go back to...THEY WOULDNT BE DOING ALL THIS SH%# FOR NOTHING !
