BS. Eden wont be approved until mid 2026 at the earliest. That too is the best case scenario and with NWBO that almost always never works out.

Then they need another year to prepare application for US. Then another 9 months for approval. So mid 2028 at the earliest for FDA approval. Then at least another year for reimbursement and payer access in the US. So mid 2029 before they start generating meaningful revenue in the most important market. Other jurisdictions wont matter that much. US alone contributes to over 50% of the global oncology immunotherapy revenue.

At this point, NWBO may deserve $5-6B market cap valuation. But the share count would be at least 2.5 to 3B by then. So about $2 in share price by 2030. That too everything must go according to plan and thats too much to expect from this crew.

I’d rather take .50 cents at UK approval later this quarter and invest in a company that is well managed and backed by a solid team and institutional investors. Less risky and can potentially get better return.

Gary, Fusion Pharmaceuticals (clinical stage phase 2 - prostrate cancer) was acquired by Merck in 2024 for $2.4 B (2 billion upfront):

Fusion Pharmaceuticals, March 2024, $2.4B: AstraZeneca acquired Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company specializing in next-generation radioconjugates (RCs), for $2.4 billion. This acquisition will help enhance AstraZeneca’s oncology portfolio by adding Fusion’s innovative RC pipeline, notably FPI-2265, a potential metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) treatment. The acquisition was completed in June 2024 Source-https://intellizence.com/insights/merger-and-acquisition/mergers-acquisitions-by-top-biotechnology-companies-2024/

It seems AZ was more interested in "potential value" than Fusion's current sales and earnings. "Together with Fusion, we have an "opportunity" to accelerate the development of FPI-2265 as a "potential new treatment" for prostate cancer" PR Newswire. (emphasis added " ".)

Now NWBO has completed successful phase three trials, and most here feel the MHRA would have denied approval of its cancer treating platform by now if it were unsatisfied with the trial results. It seems to me this company, given the likelihood of approval, and with approval the likelihood of gaining approval for treating many additional solid tumor cancers, and given its safety profile, is grossly manipulated in terms of share price and market cap. We'll see what develops.
Regards.

I am not saying it won't go to $27, the issue is how long does it take to get there.

P/E 30? You have to make sure company can MAKE MONEY first. NWBO has 1.7 B authorized shares, about 1.4 outstanding shares, plus warrants currently. company requires EDEN to fully function and can sell all four agencies related countries. It will take long time to get there.

partnership news? or buyout news? right after MHRA approval? According my observation during past 8 years, this management has doing things very slowly. It took almost 2 years to submit application to MHRA. Remember we expected company submitted application by summer 2023? then September? then someone was not available ? then November? then finally submitted application on 12/21/2023? This company never deliver thing on time or ahead of schedule. So I think partnership or buyout news has no exception. It will require us to wait, wait, wait. in the meantime, company running out of the money and need money to continue operation. Some people here think most of people in the management team and board are all very old (70+ years) and those people want to sell NWBO to retire. Well, I hope it will happen but I think that is wishful thinking.

Regarding illegal trading issue, someone here think NWBO will receive a lot of money (1 B? 2 B?), I think that is daydreaming. It will take long time to have this thing to be settled. To have company to receive a lot of money, it is simply wishful thinking.
