Kiwi, that new rule went into effect in January, so it's likely that successful appeals used to be more typical. And under the old rules, the stock could continue to trade during the appeal process. As of 2025, that is not the case. The stock ceases to trade on NASDAQ until an appeal is settled. No idea what the timeline is for that.
Kiwi, the company is now run by professionals who have been involved in several Denner companies. If they are as sophisticated as I'm giving them credit for, and before the extension is nearing delisting they will have been in communication with NASDAQ. Do your own research and find companies that have had extensions.
