The vaccine category is over 95% approval rate and another category that L might be in is at about 90%. Take your pick but certainly no flip of the coin especially since murcidencel is on the NHS high cost drugs list which is an indication that set aside funds have been likely allocated for it as a high likelihood for approval candidate.
