Your due diligence or confidence in that of others is not very good if you think that about a 90% approval rate in this category is a toss of the dice. If there is another strong bear raid to close the last gap then those lacking confidence, like you are projecting, will cave and sell right before the likely very good news coming based on the numbers alone. At least this is what the manipulators would like to happen by creating a fear based binary event by making the trading look like bad news has leaked out shortly before any actual news is expected.
