No offence to Dennis, but are we really going 100% with him having insider info, and believe that there were inspection delays?

DD, are you 100% certain that the inspections were concluded by the end of January, specifically on or after the 27th?

yes I know the 100% were still ongoing on Jan 27 and are now 100% concluded (the last working day of January so last week Friday)
